What is about this work??
The work as a real estate agent in Planetacasa will mainly consist of three main tasks: real estate prospecting, property documentation management and customer advice.
real estate prospecting: This will be one of your main responsibilities. Your job will consist of looking for properties in your assigned area to be able to offer them to your clients. This will involve researching the properties available on the market, keep abreast of trends and prices in the area, visit properties and build relationships with owners and real estate agents.
Property documentation management: Once you have found a suitable property, your job will be to make sure that all the documentation is in order and is legitimate. This will include verifying ownership, make sure there are no outstanding debts and that you are free from any kind of legal issues. It will also be your responsibility to make sure that all the necessary documents are presented correctly and in a timely manner..
Advice to customers: Your job will also include providing advice to your customers on everything related to the purchase, sale or rental of a property. This will involve answering questions, provide information on the different aspects of the transaction, negotiate prices and terms and ensure that your clients are completely satisfied with the transaction.
