- Mariló, What was your first contact with Planetacasa?
- Bueno, it was many years ago. I had a small business and some locals that my father left me. - And when you found your flat, It was love at first sight?
- Look if! Because I visited a few before, but i didn't like them, already out in the area, because of how the block was preserved or because of the shape of the house that I didn't love, but when i entered this, and the first impression of the portal gave me a good vibe and I fell in love. I knew this was mine.

- And did you want it to live or were you thinking of renting it?
- Well, I wanted it to rent it, but of course I was not going to buy something that I did not like even if it was not to live, because you never know if in the future I will end up moving to that flat. What I can tell you is that in these days that I have spent fixing it and hanging the new curtains, I didn't feel like going home.

- No, the truth is that it was very fast. Since I left the reserve signal in more or less a week we already had a signing date. Además, I left the provision of funds ready and the office managed everything for me. Then it takes a little longer to collect the scriptures, but it is normal with so much paperwork. They also managed the change of light, water and community. Vanesa is very clever and she did everything for me.

- After signing, did it take you long to rent it??
- Well, if I tell you the truth, I signed on a Monday, on Tuesday afternoon he already had a girl who wanted to see him, and on Wednesday it was already rented. Although I hadn't even had time to fix it yet, because there was still some furniture from the previous owner, but in just a couple of weeks I already had it ready for the new tenant to come in, since the flat was very well preserved.
- What would you recommend to people who are looking for a flat or house to buy??
- take it easy, ask in Planetacasa and let them look at several floors. Don't be in a hurry, but what if they see a house that makes them fall in love, don't think about it there and take it because you know it's yours.
